Good machine, but emptying the water tank is a pain!
"Good machine. Does the job with plenty of drying options. We had the previous model, which suddenly died on us, so knew what to expect as far as options go. Would have given this 5 stars except for one design change that I think is a backward step - the water tank on the previous model was integrated into the door, which was so easy to see how full it was getting and was so easy to empty with no bending down needed. However on this new model the water tank is located at floor level behind the access flap - you can’t see how full is is getting and have to get on your knees to empty it, which is a bit of a pain! "

"The tumble dryer is brilliant, quiet, different settings for different garments. A lot quicker than my old condenser. I downloaded the HON wifi app and that is not so good, it connects sometimes ten freezes! But I am very happy with the dryer and a thumbs up to the delivery lads...5*"
