"Been using since a month now, very nice product and good delivery service. The most i like in this model is the ease of emptying the water container which is in the dryer door, so I don’t have to lean down as i used to do with other model"

Motor fail
"I have had this for just over 6 months, motor failed and needs a new one, previous to this I had noticed a couple of times the clothes would be really hot. I guess unlucky as parts can fail. Be prepared to be without a dryer for a month waiting for a repair due to service level agreements. "

"A great dryer, it dries evenly and turns off when items are dry. As the water collects in a compartment in the door it is easy to see when it needs emptying, easy to remove with no spills. Really pleased."

"Hi, I’ve had this for nearly a month now and am happy so far. I like the different programs and that it will finish the programme earlier, if dry. It is easy to empty the water and the phone access although not necessary, is a nice addition.
The only reason for not giving 5 stars is that it is quite noisy and makes the room very hot, which our last machine did not.
Good for the price and hope that it is long-lasting in service."
