Great product - needs patience with the Operating Instructions (diagrams)

"Clean, sleek design. Simmers beautifully and rapid heating is great.

Generally very easy to use but if you want to do something 'unusual' - like linking 2 zones, you'll find the Operating Instructions (which are all diagrammatic) difficult to follow! - persevere and you'll get there!"

"My new Hisense hob slotted perfectly into the space where my old hob was without the need for adjustment. One tap and it’s on another tap to choose the area I want to heat and it automatically goes to 9 saving my having to keep tapping from 0. It has an extra large area for BIG pans and is so easy to keep clean. Five star."

Do not bother 2

"As someone else already said, do not even bother for a few reason:

- As the other 1 star review mentioned, the power is very poorly designed, impossible to simmer as it goes full power for a second and then it stops for a number of seconds that depends on the power setting (using indiction compatible pans). I contacted Hisense because that didn't seem normal, it is either spitting all over the place or doing nothing, but they said it is the normal functioning of the hob.

- A couple minutes after starting functioning (even just for boiling an egg) a very loud fan comes on, I had never heard before the fan of an induction hob. Contacted Hisense and they said it was normal functioning. For me that's not normal."
