Not a great product

"Top shelf does not adjust. So dinner plates don't fit.

Also lower basket shelf does not run smoothly. "

Good service but the product let me down

"The dishwasher stopped working after 2 days. Electronic fault. Fortunately Hoover are sending out an engineer to fix it."

Easy to use

"Easy to install, does what it says on the tin, washes the dishes ??. Love that that's a choice of programmes and it's very user friendly

Poorly designed machine, with multiple issues

"The top drawer is too low down with no way to raise it. This causes any larger plates/items to catch the spinner located under the top drawer and impacts the cleaning cycle. As well as this, the prongs on both drawers are too close together which makes plates tough to insert and does not give enough space between them for water to flow around. As such, after 5 full washes I have not had a fully clean load yet.

It's water tank is located externally on the left hand side of the appliance, so sounds a lot louder than our previous model when filling up.

The door fixing kit is poorly made with no real instructions, just a picture showing you to fix them to your door frame.

Overall, it is a very poorly designed machine and I would not recommend to anyone."

Great value, superb quality

"Great value for money, cleans perfectly with a quiet operation. Loads of room inside to fit all your dishes.

Definitely higher quality than reflected in the price. "

Disappointed

"Overall we are disappointed. Not the first time I have changed integrated dishwashers, in the past about an hours work. I was not expecting to devoting an entire afternoon and early evening. The house swear box is full!

First the instructions are to the far right of minimalist. Line drawings with arrows that only have a loose connection with each other. The door kit is ?? pants, the screws are soft and their heads disintegrated. So all screws need changing. Again instructions at best are sparse at worse useless.

Finally fitted the controls are touch rather than push. You need dry clean hands and the softest of touches to encourage it to turn on and in selecting programs. I use a touch to see the controls as they are not easy to read.

Loading and unloading could be easier. The bottom shelf easy falls off the runners when pulled out to load or unload. If fully loaded it needs considerable strength to fit it back into position. Lastly the door springs attempt very strong so need a hearty push to open fully. As a result the dishwasher must be secured strongly both sides so the whole washer doesn’t top forward."
