"Nice cooker however it doesn’t seem to have a light to tell you when oven gets to temperature. This seems very remiss as it’s awkward to use. Also their customer service is nonexistent. I tried phoning and emailing and no response from either. This is a shame as otherwise it’s a nice cooker"

Don’t buy this brand
"This cooker is one to avoid.
Had to have the first one replaced due to the oven not warming up correctly.
New one fitted and appeared to be working well initially but after 2 weeks it is now showing the same fault."

"This cooker looks very nice, works efficiently but the design of the oven shelves leaves a bit to be desired, the bars run from side to side and there is a higher bar at the front which means when you tilt a baking tray to get it over the front bar it then gets stuck on the lower bars because they run from side to side instead of front to back. Also there is no way of telling when the oven is up to the desired temperature! Another thing is that the grill pan is very heavy and my wife struggles to lift it!"
