Very disappointed

"So disappointed with tumble drier, especially considering the price.

Firstly, it has many, many settings - however, regardless of which one I choose the clothes still always come out damp and I have run the cycle again. Also, I chose this one specifically because it stated in the description that different setting meant different movements for the drum and would therefore avoid items 'balling' up - this is totally not true. I have put bedding in today on XXL setting - which is for large items and the duvet had some out in a complete ball with everything inside it! It is impossible to unball it (and I have been trying!) the only way too free the trapped items is to cut open the duvet - it's that twisted! Also, the tumble dryer still has a funny smell and clothes don't smell fresh when they come out. Overall a very disappointing purchase"

Excellent Drier and Service.

"My wife was very particular in the tumble drier we chose. We had a very good Bosch stand alone unit but with us having a new kitchen all appliances would be inbuilt. The drier choice offered by the kitchen company was OK (Caple) however, the energy rating and load capacity were not to my wife's liking. So the search began.

The Haier unit fitted the bill perfectly though still wasn't as efficient as the former Bosch drier. Delivery was quick and easy as usual with AO however, the Haier was even better than we could have hoped, it has a tiny footprint in reality and sits well behind the lines in the new kitchen. The load capacity is great and the amount of programs it has are way better than the Bosch.

In all, this is a very good, great quality and very quiet drier. The water collection is fantastic having it in the door that just lifts out."
