Gorgeous machine, but major fault
"Really nice looking machine, but unfortunately ours arrived faulty :( the water collector is part of the front door and feels quite flimsy. After first use the machine started pumping plumes of steam & water all over the kitchen unit and neighbouring cupboards. A Haeir engineer inspected the machine and found a faint whistle noise coming from the door and ordered a new water collection bucket for us, but even with the new bucket it's still kicking a lot of steam out and drenching the kitchen units. "
