Lovely oven, but no shelves!

"Lovely little oven so far and one of very few 50cm options. It is however, ridiculous that there is no oven shelf supplied."

Fast and efficient but limited oven capacity

"The quirky layout of our house means we are limited to small appliances and this cooker was the best of the few options available to us. The cooker fits nicely and is fast and efficient. However, Hotpoint only supply one oven shelf. I purchased expandable shelves so we could cook a roast dinner, only to discover that due to spacing of the rungs, it was still not possible to cook the whole dinner at the same time."

Replacement cooker

"The product is excellent. Very similar to my previous model, which is what I wanted . It has a good sized oven and a grill, so it covers all bases . I'm very pleased. "

Terrible grill pan handle.

"The cooker itself is fine.

There is only one shelf provided in the oven and the grill pan handle is dangerous.

It has to be removed to enable you to shut the grill door.

Good Service

"Great product and good service from AO. The AO team were helpful answering all my questions. But they seem to want to sell me additional insurance. And I was not too comfortable with this approach.

The guy installing the cooker was very good and informed me how some of the new features worked.

The men removed the cooker without complaints event though they need to use the stairs.

Great simple cooker.

"Really good cooker for the price. Simple and easy, just what I wanted. The grill takes awhile to heat up and the shelf you have to slide in to protect the knobs is weird but it doesn’t annoy me at all. I find the cooker perfect for the size, it cooks well and is easy to clean. The hobs turn very nicely and simmer well, very pleased. "
