Buy Hoover at your peril
"Shocking. The washing machine had problems from the start it would wash the clothes but come to the spin cycle and that was a completely different matter. The machine refused to spin and just kept getting stuck. I rang Hoover who sent a lady to repair it. She didn't know why it was doing this then said I was using the wrong programme when I told her I wasn't she said well you have too much washing in it I explained that the only thing that was in there was a single quilt cover and pillowcase she then said I didn't have enough washing in. I told her that this happened no matter what I washed or which programme I used the same thing happened. She changed the motor and left. Next wash same thing. Eventually Hoover decided to take the machine back. I now have a Hisense machine which performs beautifully"
