"Delivery was great. Product as described apart from one thing which is a bit of a disappointment but obviously not going to stop us using it. We cannot find an app that works via the WiFi anymore, I believe it’s effectively been discontinued for this product."

"Well after my washing machine deciding to do a very noisy spin cycle on numerous occasions i figured it was done for so like most people I needed a replacement very sharpish. So to the Internet I headed with the quest to find a fully intergrated washing machine with an upgrade of a bigger drum and a very quick delivery time. Of course I found all the usual suspects who weren't able to deliver very quickly or they didn't have a machine I wanted. I came across ao and had a look impressed I found an intergrated washing machine with a large 9kg drum and a delivery slot available in a couple of days! Of course I ordered and waited to see what would go wrong as it all seemed a little too good to be true. No emails telling me my machine wasn't available no emails telling me my delivery would be rescheduled no what I got was a very easy trouble free purchase a confirmation email and a lovely gent phoning me the morning of the delivery to give me an approximate delivery time. The guys arrived in the time frame given my machine is amazing and I would so recommend ao to anyone needing to buy an appliance I've my eyes on a fridge freezer soon for my daughter i won't be shopping anywhere else but ao. "
