"This was really poor. The noise coming from

It was very loud squeaky and ear piercing. The whole machine vibrated on the spin cycle so much it moved about 5 inches each time. Hoover engineer came out twice to look at it and try a potential fix but neither worked. They’ve issued me with a return code so I can get a new one. Wont be getting this model again, won’t get a Hoover one at all now. I don’t recommend this product."

Terrible 14days experience so far

"I've had a terrrible experience. It's quiet good enough but I have a bad experience with the drying. It doesn't dry clothes even if u leave it for 2hrs. My old dryer takes an hour to dry or max 1hr 30mins and this new generation dryer is a comolete opposite of it. I need help seriousely as zi moved to a new place and I'm currently wasting energy having to dry for hours and hours. I end up taking my clothes to a stand-alone dryer when I've got a new hoover that won't work.
