Scrap after 13 Months
"Control module packed up after 13 months would have been ok on its own but drum fixings, bearing & shaft had failed as well with about an inch vertical play so uneconomical to repair.

"Quieter than my old Hotpoint and it seems to be quicker. There’s more options and they are better than the old one. It had option for Jeans and also if you want them iron dry or wardrobe dry. It also has a display which is better. Overall would recommend. "

Truth and nothing but truth
"An excellent service, my hotpoint dryer is amazing, plenty programmes on it and the anti crease system is amazing, you dnt need to iron your clothes, what a bonus. ALSO it's very easy to understand the programmes, it's the best condenser dryer I've bought. You don't have any problems emptying the water that's collected, u just pull the draw out n empty over the sink, put draw back. I am now saving to get the hotpoint washing machine to match my dryer, can't go wrong with hotpoint. Last but not least, the service ov delivery was impecible, on time, and put my dryer where I wanted it. Thanks AO
