"It is so good to finally have a dryer. I did think about getting a standard dryer due to initial cost but after weighing up the pros and cons, the longer term savings on energy bills were more of a priority so I went with the heat pump.

This has meant that although the initial cost is quite high I’m confident that it will pay off in the long run.

I researched by going through the reviews and watching videos and doing online searches and this model came up top, plus I already have a LG washing machine so it made sense. You can use the LG app and although it seems pointless at first, i have found it useful to call whoever is at home to tell them that the wash has finished and to go hang, now i can say put it in the dryer! The 2machines can connect to calculate the best program.

It also reminds you about maintenance etc, and you can download additional programs.

AO are easy to buy from, my order came within days, the delivery guys called ahead to let me know where they were and were respectful when they came here. I’ve got my fridge,cooker and washing machine through them too.

I’ve not had the dryer for very long so I can’t say much about savings but so far so good! It’s great not to have loads of washing hanging all over.

No shrinking clothes, it’s easy to maintain (remove fluff from filter each use is easy, water is easy to empty) and there are plenty of programs to choose from. I use the mixed fabric which is 1hour and speed which is 30 mins. I’m kicking myself for not getting one sooner!"
