It works well for me
"Having read a lot of comments about heat pump dryers and how they don't work well, I was a little dubious about purchasing one. Added to that they are a lot more expensive and then reading that lots of people said they didn't leave clothes feeling completely dry, I was undecided. But this one does. I use the 'Mixed Fabric' setting mostly and it works well, taking about 90 minutes on eco setting. If anything feels even slightly damp, usually the bulkier items like hoodies, a quick 'Speed 30' additional cycle sorts it out. Even this 2 hour cycle doesn't push up the leccy bill anything like the previous hot air tumble dryer did. However, the clincher for me is that you can put almost all types of clothes in it without shrinking them. All the children's school uniforms are now easily processed. I've even used it for my jumpers and they have not only not shrank but feel nicer for it. I'm a convert. Buy one!"
