"Very pleased. Is very quiet, looks great, washes very well and clothes are almost dry at the end of the cycle. The only negative I have is the length of the cycles. It needs a short cycle (under an hour) regardless of the size/weight of the load. We’ve had this a week now so I’ve washed a good amount of full loads of normal family clothing. Once you’ve selected the programme, temp and spin speed it locks and then it ‘thinks’ for a minute while it weighs the load then the cycle time comes up and it starts. Majority of the time on a 30 degree cotton wash it’s 59 mins. I think that’s acceptable. But I put a standard full load of clothes in today, 30 degrees cotton wash, and it came up with 3+ hours which I don’t think is very reasonable. I stopped the cycle and tried a few different programmes but couldn’t get anything under that time to come up. The only thing I can think is different is that there were a few adult size hoodies in the load so maybe heavier than the last ones I did. It’s a 10Kg machine and it should offer a shorter cycle for a full load. I don’t like that you don’t know how long the cycle will be until the door is locked and then once it’s thought about it and shows the time it starts the cycle simultaneously so you have to stop it by which water has already started to fill etc. I’m finding that I’m doing smaller loads to guarantee the cycle will be under an hour which defeats the purpose of a 10kg machine. It has a quick 14 minute cycle but I don’t think this is meant for a full load. I ended up washing the previously mentioned full load with horsies etc on the cotton turbo wash 30 degrees for 49 minutes but there was soap powder residue on black tops. "

Great all rounder for families
"Great washing machine. Very quiet and gets out stains well. I love that it hasa big drum but weighs the load so doesn't waste water on smaller loads. Cotton cycle is long, about 3h40m, but turbowash cleans well if you're in a rush. I was concerned as another review said it jumped about and banged but mine doesn't at all so I wonder whether that reviewer forgot to remove the transport bolts. Very happy with this washing machine."
