Glass in door break into drum.
"The washing machine wasn’t even 18 months old and the glass door blew out into the drum, glass chunks and shards everywhere. Manufacturer would not replace machine, only replace parts. Who would want to use a washing machine once it had had glass shards inside it? Would not buy Sharp products ever again. "

"I live this machine it suits me lifestyle so well I’m a chef so the steam bacteria feature was a real bonus . I live the design it’s stylish and simple to use spin and wash on is very quiet . I love this machine worth every penny great price great product . Definitely recommend "

Avoid the Sharp ES-NFB814AWB
"Avoid the Sharp ES-NFB814AWB 8kg washing machine; it has a common problem where the start button has a manufacturing fault. It stopped working within 30 days, but fortunately, it was still within the warranty period, so AO took it back. The manager at AO, Harry, was excellent in understanding the issue and resolved it by providing a washing machine of a different brand."
