Good machine, happy with purchase, but needs a drain hose.
"Easy to install and works well. Drying times are of course longer than our previous vented machine, but not too bad. There are plenty of settings, so you can use the moisture sensor to get the level of dryness you want. Useful if you are ironing things. Biggest complaint is that finding out what drain hose to buy (to avoid emptying the tank sheet every load) is proving difficult!"

"Working well and very happy with the AO installation. My only complaint is with the instruction booklet as this is my first heat pump dryer and it’s not clear enough which settings to use for certain items, eg cotton jumpers and cotton jersey tops. I don’t notice much sound from it when I’m working in the kitchen so, all in all, would recommend this product."

"Never had a hear pump tumble dryer before but brought as more energy efficient to replace our previous integrated one that was still working. Takes a lot longer to dry the clothes but from what I hear this is the case. Nice to have a countdown timer so you can see what's left. AO delivery I can't complain at. So easy to book and then kept updated several times and arrived in the time they said. Gentlemen very polite and helpful and offered to take his shoes off. Will definitely be using AO in the future. "
