"This machine gets great reviews. And now I know why. It was not a brand that I was familiar with so I was a little nervous as I hit 'buy'. I mean how excited can you get about a machine that does a job. A machine that does a job really well - very excited!. It's quiet, energy efficient and very easy to use - once you have set up the water hardness setting! It fitted easily into the existing kitchen. We use it once a day, and so far it hasn't complained. And the biggest thing of all - it is incredible value! "
