HOTPOINT BUILTIN CPOKER
"The new HOTPOINT cooker was exactly the correct product to replace my old unit.
I was able to get it installed immediately and it looks superb,
Delivery by AO was prompt and on time and unloaded in the correct location that I requested. "

New working oven eventually
"I decided to opt for this double oven as it had good reviews. The first oven arrived promptly but did not work. Fortunately AO were good at getting another one shipped to us quickly and all seemed well. However after a week it stopped working. I then called to register my concern and try and get it repaired. Although I was told an engineer would be sent out quickly, they weren't. When he did come he was great and after testing the oven said he would recommend that I get a another one. Everyone I dealt with from AO and Hotpoint was helpful, but for it to take approximately 2 months to get a fully working oven seems ridiculous to me. AO did fit the third oven for free, which was good, but the whole process just took too long and we were without a working oven for too long. I would have given 5 stars for the people I actually spoke to and saw, but 1 star for the first and second ovens not to work and the time it took to get the third."
