"Easy to understand instructions and to use. Very quiet and when leaving door open after wash it does not swing further open hence avoiding risk of damage or injury to anybody moving past the machine. Provides very clean washes on low temperature and timing so ideal in these cash strapped times."

Washing brilliant, drying poor

"Washing is brilliant - even whites on the one hour cycles come out brilliant.

The drying just isn’t up to scratch, with even ‘extra dry’ coming out damp to wet for majority of loads. (And yes, that’s with 6kg or under)"

"Quick and energy-efficient, my only quibble is that the standard spinning cycle seems to leave clothes more damp than I expected. The instruction booklet could be better too."

"I absolutely LOVE it!! I wasn’t sure at first because I thought it would be really high tech and difficult to use with it being able to connect to an app - but honestly, it is so user friendly! The app is amazing! I have a bad habit of not realising my washing is finished because I drown out the white noise, so having the app tell me the load is finished is a game changer!

It’s also so much quieter than ANY machine I’ve had before! We live in a second floor flat and have never been able to use a washing machine past 6pm due to the noise, but my downstairs neighbours cannot hear this one at all!!"
