"I really do love this washing machine. My old machine gave up and I needed something quickly - I can't fault AO, their customer service is fantastic. The machine takes a large load of clothing, it looks lovely, has a good energy rating and the added bonus of the app is great. The downside is that it is quite noisy, not anything unmanageable but noisier than I thought it would be. "

"Very please with the washing machine quiet and option for a short 14 minute wash. Only downside was the machine had a few scratches on the top when we unwrapped it but AO agreed to refund the shipping as we needed to keep it."
