AO great Hotpoint disappointing
"Unreliable
Same problem over and over again
Bad service from hotpoint
Ended up buying a new cooker from AO
Who refunded us the full price on a 20 month old cooker which hotpoint kept charging us to repair
Or tried to make us buy an extended warranty
I think a cooker should last more than 20 months of light use in a 2 person household
It was the same problem every time with the bottom oven which started as soon as the cooker was installed

Had to take a star off ….
"Bought to replace an older model of the same cooker. I have only one bad comment, hence the 4 stars, when grilling it is very easy to burn yourself as it gets very hot around the grill oven. The original cooker wasn’t so hot. The rest of it is great."
