Two initial problems.
"Generally this fridge/freezer is a useful item, but it has 2 problems when you first start using. Firstly, each door is covered on the front with a plastic sheet. This is quite difficult to remove, and must be done carefully so as not to tear it. Took me about an hour and a half ! The ice-scraper that comes with the unit is quite useful for this. Secondly, there is a shelf and water container in the fridge's door; these are quite difficult to remove the first time - you need to push up one side with quite a bit of physical force. Subsequent removals seem easier. Once you've got past these, the unit functions quite satisfactorally."

"Compared to my 'old fridge/freezer' not that impressed - due to water compartment, can only use smaller bottles (wine bottle just fits in prosecco very tight!) - only 3 shelves, my old one had 4, so not enough space - large veg draw but if shallower could have got another shelf in - freezer draws not as deep from front to back and draw depth top to base shallower too - I cook in bulk so there is less storage - pictures show you an empty fridge so you get a false impression. Did not know CANDY were connected to HOOVER - My last one was HOOVER and it only lasted 2 years to the month so would not have had a CANDY if I had known!!! Probably best to look on line then go somewhere to view for real before ordering to get an idea of size. We found a.o.com to be a very good company to deal with - being elderly they were very kind and helpful"

"Lovely fridge freezer, the bottom salad draw is big and takes up the whole bottom of the fridge, this is the only negative thing about it as you can’t lower the shelf on the door to fit bigger bottles in"

Perfect for my needs
"Perfect for my needs, both compartments just the right size. Easy to use controls, and an audible warning if you leave the door open. A cold water dispenser is built into the door, which will probably be very welcome come summer."
