Missing grill racks for inside oven trays
"Nice oven, although takes a while to heat up and no grill pan racks so how your supposed to grill food is beyond me, so had to go out and buy a oven tray with a rack inside it. It only has 2 grill pans could do with another one really, its ok but not the best"

Great looking oven
"Oven is a dream works effectively first use was for Christmas dinner and I was not disappointed the features are really good and easy to use.
Very quick delivery just in time for Christmas.
Had to contact customer services as there was an issue with payment on line. They were extremely helpful and calm.
Would definitely recommend "

Excellent product
"This is a stylish, roomy oven with powerful convection both in the conventional upper grill cavity and lower fan cavity. The trays and pans are interchangeable and it's remarkably easy to keep clean with lighting in the front rather than rear which is a bonus. My only gripe would be the absence of handles for the grill pan, especially with arthritic hands. I enquired but they are not available for this product. On the whole it's a great buy for the money. "
