Newer does not always better

"It does the job - I had the previous generation with the physical buttons on the side - while this has a touch screen. It's less convenient to set up the time as you have to do it on the screen - and there's a challenge to do it at night."

Another hit, works great, we'd buy again.

"Great microwave, perfect match to the Series 8 oven. Great features, again well lit and with good ergonomics. I've read a few people moan about the UI, I don't have an issue. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend this microwave. Perhaps a bit pricey, but I have no regrets."

Easy install, not so easy every day use.

"Works well, heats quickly with the right settings applied for different foods and liquids.

Thw touch screen is a nightmare, it's a fiddle to select time accurately and the delay on the door release is awful. You can open it manually (although not easily) which helps but it is not the best thought out product design in all honesty.

Handy (for us) that it's a plug on device, not so handy to use every day thereafter."
