Disappointed with the technician department
"The chimney cooker took 1 months to arrive. I was disappointed when I called asking for a technician as my older chimney extracttor fan stopped working and they were charging almost the same money for fixing it than if I was buying a new one.
It would be better if they have a cheaper service for fixing things. "

"Purchased January 2022, fitted end April 2022 along with rest of new kitchen. Stopped working within a year. 'Out of warranty' as we purchased in January and want to charge us more to repair it than we paid. Waste of money and appalling customer service from all parties. Avoid!"

Does what it says on the tin!
"Very pleased with this cookerhood....arrived well packed with no damage.
As an average diy'er I found it easy to install. The instructions aren't great but it's fairly straightforward!
A little noisy at highest setting, but not annoyingly so.We have a medium size, fairly open, kitchen with one large window and we immediately noticed the lack of condensation during the recent, very cold, weather.
A thumbs up from us!"

Replacement Baumatic works
"We needed to replace our old hood which was also a Baumatic . Not impressed that the carbon filters were not included and had to be bought separately . However the fixings supplied were correct and fairly easy to assemble and out up on the wall . Led lights are an improvement on the last model and happy with the speed settings "
