"Really good dishwasher, gets the dishes sparkling clean, way better than our 8 year old machine. A couple of negatives : after an eco wash inside of the machine is still pretty wet, I guess that’s the price of using less energy. The biggest downside is that the main area for dishes is quite short, most of our plates will not fit and allow the water jet spinner to rotate. Bent the metal prongs slightly so the plates are at a flatter angle, which helps a bit but some plates will only fit at the very edges of the tray"

Bekoming a Beko fan.
"Excellent product. Plenty of wash options especially the 35 minute wash that suits our needs. Excellent washing of crockery and utensils due to the lower washing arm which covers all the internal area. The utensil drawer at the top of the machine is brilliant, far better than the usual utensil basket at the bottom of the machine. Very happy with the machine and also a mention to the installer who did an excellent job. Happy Chappy!"

Great upgrade to our old machine
"An excellent upgrade to our old Beko machine which had developed a fault. The 38640C has a host of features such as easily adjustable top basket, top cutlery tray, red light on the floor while the machine is in operation, automatic door opening at the end of a cycle (only on certain programs) audible sound to let you know the program has finished along with a long list of programs. Having used it now fro a couple of weeks we have been delighted with it."

"This upgrade is positive compared with my old dishwasher. The pull out cutlery draw is a bonus and easy to load. Various programs to suite all washing up needs.
Very quiet when running and nice feature of door opening automatically and switch itself of.
Easy to install for confident DIY person. Instructions are not great and quite difficult to follow otherwise.
