"Overall product if fine however I find the design of the cutlery tray frustrating with larger cutlery items being difficult to place in the receptacle without some modification overall a solid 4+ "

It does take full size dinner plates
"I marked this down a star because it doesn't have an end of cycle countdown clock, which is probably a bit mean because I knew this before I bought it. Aside from this the unit performs almost identically to our old machine which was a much more expensive unit from a different brand.
This dishwasher WILL handle full size dinner plates you simply need to raise the top draw by pulling it up with handles on the side, I do not understand why others have not read the instructions and know this."

"Easy to use. Cleans perfectly. Allows you to set up for local water hardness. Short cycle cleans quickly and hot! Eco takes time but does the job only niggle would be my wine glasses no longer fit well in the top rack as well as they use to on an older model. All over a good machine... Time will tell if it will last! "
