"I was unsure about the heat pump but it works better than my old vented drier. I love the 5kg in 1 hour feature. Quicker and better than any I have had before.

A capable heat pump dryer.

"This machine has a comprehensive range of drying programmes, with clearly visible symbols on the machine screen. So far we have had no problems, with the machine drying mixed, cotton only and synthetic only loads. The double lint filter is an improvement upon our old (20 years) Bosch machine that this replaces. The ready to wear setting is certainly that. No creasing of the dried items and noise levels that are acceptable to our ears."

Good tumble dryer

"Good tumble dryer, our first heat pump one. Was concerned that the drying time would be more than the 12 year old condensing tumble dryer it replaced but in reality it’s only slightly longer - around 2 hours per load. Impressed with its energy efficiency, it uses around 1/3 of electricity per load. Also handy that it can be drained to the waste main or via a water container if no waste is plumbed in."

Tangles clothes as only spins in one direction

"Terrible, we really do regret buying this tumble drier, it only turns in one direction meaning larger items like sheets and duvet covers get tied in knots and do not dry, after the first dry (3 hours for cottons!) we have to untangle everything and then put it on another dry. Really regret buying this machine and want to return it!"

"So far so good! Seems to do what it says on the tin!! However not checked how economical it is!
