Unacceptable service from Hisense
"We purchased this TV just before Christmas. However after only two days, the TV stopped working and there was a awful smell of burning plastic. I phoned AO.Com on 23rd December to inform them that the TV was faulty and could they arrange a replacement TV. We had to speak to Hisense to report the fault. The lady from AO arranged a call back with herself an and someone from Hisense. We found Hisense customer service really bad, they asked us to show a video of the fault (the TV stopped working!). We ended up having to send a video of the TV and us switching it on (to prove it didn't work). As it was Christmas, they said they couldn't do anything until Wednesday 27th December. We were not impressed, their TV only lasted 2 days. AO could see we were annoyed/upset and arranged to have a replacement TV delivered the next day (Christmas Eve) - needless to say we didn't want another Hisense TV, so opted for Samsung. We still have't received an apology from Hisense - disgusting way to treat a customer. We will never purchase another Hisense product or recommend the company. We would like to thank AO.Com for their excellent service."
