"I'm not very impressed with this product so far, it's flimsily built compared to my last dryer and I don't believe the plastic catch on the door will last very long. the flap that you pull down to get access to the water container is just a thin piece of plastic. some of the programmes are ridiculously long - over 4 hours in one case and there doesn't seem to be a programme suitable for towels. "
