Cons. No wok stand supplied. The help line is abysmal and have no intention of helping. Tried to register but the operator was totally unintelligible. But I love the cooker"

"Lovely looking cooker, cooked on hob for first time, we have ninja saucepans, but found even though we were careful it has scratched the stands. Going to look terrible very quickly. Not impressed at all by this. Didn't have a problem with old zanussi cooker with said pans. So disappointed this has happened. "
