Intrinsic issue with repeated PCB control board failure
"This is a good microwave when it works. However it has an intrinsic issue, which means the PCB / control board fails and the microwave stops dead as though it was unplugged. That happens for no reason, even mid-use and requires an engineer to fix at a cost of £149 via Zanussi. It happened 3 times within 2 years of owning it. Zanussi's warranty is only 1 year, and if they repair in warranty, they don't guarantee the repair at all. I was forced to pay £149 for a repair, but was surprised to read that repair is only guaranteed for 3 months, so clearly they have no faith in it themselves. So I will never buy a Zanussi product again. "

"Looks are great. The operation is a little complicated and takes some getting used to. Love the size of the turntable and interior although the signal at end of cooking is very loud."

Ok while it lasted
"good whilst it lasted - 2 years to the date of purchase - aftersales repairs rubbish - wasted 2 hours and 2 phone calls and an email repair form and still waiting for a response 2 days later - I won't waste my money on another one - local repair men wont fix it either !"
