"A couple weeks in, 5-6 washes done, and the machine is working well. It makes little noise, is easy to use and has a good capacity. Clothes come out very clean, even at lower temperatures. I am happy with this choice!"

"Bought July 2021. Broke June 2023. Broke again Dec 2023 & again March 2024. Previous machine was from a different manufacturer & lasted 10 years. I wouldn’t expect a machine to break 3 times in less than 3 years. Now not worth repairing . I will never buy a Samsung again . "
