Samsung Washing Machine is rubbish
"Only 2 months old and encountered 2 issues already. Load won't spin properly due to 'unbalanced load' when it's already gone through most of wash cycle. Another Load went from stated 1hr 27m to nearly 4 hours! Suspect this so called 'smart' technology is getting confused leaving me with a useless product. As it's just under 2 months since purchased AO and Samsung won't let me return for a full refund- I have to go down the faulty route so an engineer can check it,even though it's obvious Samsung Washing Machine WW90DG6U25LBU1_B is NOT fit for purpose."

"Love how quiet and smooth it is when in use. Looks great too. But the odd kids sock does seem to find there way into the seal sometimes meaning it doesn’t get a good wash annd is astill saturated at the end of the cycle. But Overall very happy. "

"This is a great washing machine, with lots of different cycle options and a great size drum. The only reason I’m giving it four stars is because socks keep getting stuck in the door, this happens on nearly every wash which is a bit annoying, will just have to use a wash bag for future washes. "
