"Really good machine. We upgraded from previous model which had lasted over 10 years. This has so many programs and is very easy to use. Wash quality is better and energy efficient too! "

"The washing machine is great! We love the friendly tunes it plays, it has smart capability so I keep an eye on the wash in a different room and it cleans clothes really well. We had a new Hisense washing machine before that actively somehow made our clothes more dirty and hisense product support wasn't so helpful. We ended up returning it and bought this Samsung washing machine. The quality of the Samsung is far better although the black plastics are easy to scratch and are a bit of a finger print magnet but that's a small issue to me. I am just happy our whites come out white and not mangled!"
