Performing really well
"The washing machine is performing really well after a month of use and the really big drum means I can do less washes each week. It is easy to use and nice to be able to control from phone and the machine. Definitely cleans better than my previous machine on the AI cycle."

Looks better than it works
"The delivery guys were really friendly and polite but the rush the installation process & wasn't able to answer the questions I asked about the washer. The washer is lovely and sleek, the song it plays at the end of the cycle is a bit annoying now so I will go through the settings to see if I can change it. Main thing is, the detergent draws are not clearing when I run a cycle. I have spoken to Samsung and run a diagnostics thing with them but it is still there. Its not even 2 weeks old. I think I like more how it looks than how it works to be honest."

Lovely washing machine
"So far, so good. A very quiet washing machine. It is taking a little time to get used to, especially as it has AI options and some of the programs can’t handle more than a few Kilos, which can be frustrating when the capacity is supposed to be 11kg. We’ve had to adapt to liquid detergent which it seems to be using pretty quickly. Hopefully we’ll find solutions to these niggles soon, as it is a lovely washing machine. "

"Only had it a few weeks but so far so good - nice and quiet, relatively easy to understand settings etc. Managed to connect to the app which doesn't do a whole load but it's handy to get a buzz reminder on my phone to say it's finished or is going to take longer rather than missing the (quite annoying) Samsung tune!"
