A really well made washing machine

"I like the 11kg load capacity, the quietness, the auto dose of detergent and conditioner (you just fill the reservoirs in the dispenser), the ease of use, the cleanliness and smell of the washes, the dryness from the spin cycle…

It fitted perfectly into the space where my old 7kg machine was. I think the black model probably would look better than the white one, but it doesn’t matter for me as it is behind a cabinet door.

Second time around Samsung user

"Product is like my old one,but oh dear the instructions of one piece of PAPER and booklet of instructions is absolutely awful. If you are not technically minded,don’t go for this model,as trying to find out how to operate the machine at first will lead you on a magical mystery tour! Simple when somebody younger fathoms it out how to operate it,but really SAMSUNG a piece of paper for instructions to operate the different programs? You are letting customers down where this is concerned. You should also warn potential customers that the steel transit bolts need to come out of the back of the machine before starting up the machine for the first time,or you end up ringing the staff on the phone,who were very helpful,but really Samsung both these things could be avoided if you had a bit more thought for your customers. The programs don’t seem to have a lot of reduced times on their various programs. Only

Five I could find. - a 15 minute program,and 2 different programs of 1 hour plus,plus a short wool program and a programne for delicates I think! The rest are a much longer timed programme. Not ideal for trying to reduce your costs of electricity bills! Still,I look forward to using it more as time goes on. VERY quiet on operation though where the spin is concerned,which is weird at first,but you get used to it! "
