Snazzy but functional posh machine!

"Snazzy machine with a whole lot of features, and also looks great. Very similar to a previous Bosch, except this one seems to just do things a bit better - for example, iDOS is quieter, the machine feels a bit sturdier (which is strange as it shares a lot of the same parts), less rattles etc. I like that you can add a steam cycle automatically to the end of a wash, whereas with Bosch you can only do it on it's own cycle, and not add it on at the end. PowerWash 59 is great for an hour wash as well, cleans most things well provided they are not too dirty. The screen is less matte than Bosch so is a bit of a fingerprint magnet. The blue detailing and lights are a signature of Siemens but go really well with the black and chrome detailing. Overall, a really good high quality machine that washes well."

Excellent machine but manual lacking.

"I've left it a few weeks before writing this review so that I had a chance to properly familiarise myself with it.

It definitely washes clothes well and generally takes less time and less detergent than our old Siemens IQ700 that we'd had, trouble-free, for 12 years.

The workings of the i-dos option is excellent but the explanations both in the manual and on the Siemens website need massive improvements in clarity."

Magnificent machine

"This is an awesome washing machine. Quiet but effective. The loudest bit is the iDos pump when it is measuring the detergent. Gets things clean and the spin is excellent. Has made me realise how noisy and sub par my previous machine was. Is very easy to work out how to use even with a million programs and phone app."
