Excellent machine.

"The machine operates with a 1600 RPM cycle but defaults to 1400 RPM. The difference between these settings results in approximately 2-3% less water in clothing at 1600 RPM, making 1600 RPM preferable for washing towels.

Compared to my previous IQ700 model, which it replaced, I find the absence of a progress indicator, such as a progress bar, to be a drawback. On my old machine, I could clearly monitor the washing progress and gauge how close I was to the weight limit. Unfortunately, this feature is not available on the new model.

Another point of inconvenience is that the pre-wash option requires the use of both compartments. However, these cannot be used simultaneously if the i-Dos feature is active with separate detergent and fabric conditioner.

The i-Dos feature is very convenient, as it automatically calculates and dispenses the appropriate amount of detergent based on the user-inputted location data, effectively addressing hard water issues. A quality detergent can effectively handle hard water conditions.

Regarding the end-of-programme alert, I have not yet determined how to disable the beep, but there may be a setting for this.

The steam feature is quite effective, although it is limited to a small number of garments, such as five shirts. It significantly eases ironing but is not able to completely eliminate stubborn creases.

I also note that there is no dedicated setting for oil or grease stains within the automatic stain removal options, which I used frequently on my previous machine.

In terms of noise levels, the machine's operation is comparable to its predecessor. Overall, it is a solid appliance; however, I believe the previous generation offered more features within the same price range."

"Great washing machine - so quiet, quick wash also possible and auto dispenser is superb too. Have not set up the wi-fi as struggled to connect and is really something we would use. Highly recommended and worth the extra cost too"
