Disappointing
"Unfortunately, we returned the warming drawer as the drawer did not line up straight within its casing. When fitted into the oven housing underneath the double oven, it made the mis-alignment even more pronounced. The replacement drawer was exactly the same and even the Hotpoint engineer could do nothing about it. It’s a shame as the drawer looks very smart otherwise. Service from AO was first class."
