I like it but don’t love it.
Pros: Washes well, Quiet, Looks good
Cons: Can’t open in mid-drying cycle, Complicated
"We really live most Samsung products but I have my dislikes of this washer/dryer. The cycles are extremely long and if you want to stop it in the middle of the drying cycle the ‘nanny’ takes over and you have to wait for it to cool down before it can be opened. I’m a 63 year old woman and know how to handle dryer hot clothing. On the upside, it washes REALLY well! Can’t fault it. I would like the emergency drain to be higher so that you could actually drain it completely. I would say I’m mostly happy with it. "

"This is the older model, but it's advantage is that it's pretty much standard size machine with the larger 12Kg drum, whereas the current model is much larger.

"I owned a combination washer dryer before, but clothes never seemed to dry properly and washing and drying cycles were very long.
Not with this machine.
Clothes come out bone dry, you have a selection of wasing cycles at different durations and it is increadibly quiet.
If I have to nitpick, the only thing I would have wanted differently is the ability to interrupt a drying cycle without having to stop the drying cycle completely and waiting for the "hot" indicator to go away. This takes much longer than with a conventional dryer, and is a little frustrating if you are trying to get a school jumper out in the morning and you are running late.
Overall a fantastic appliance, and I am very happy with it."

"What a superb piece of kit!
Washes amazingly as it does drying as well.
Ignore the negative reviews. I was put off by them but with the 5 year warranty decided to take the risk and so pleased I did.
If you read the manual it does everything the negative reviews say it doesn't. The dryer is amazingly good too especially for a washer dryer. Washes well and quickly if you change the amount of rinse cycles, etc which is simply a click of a button.
Build quality is great, functions are fantastic. Its all a win win!!!"

"We didn't have the space for a separate washer and dryer anymore, so we decided to get a washer-dryer,
This is a 12 kg wash load and I am able to get my weekly washing done much faster than ever before.
I like that I can put my towels on a wash and dry cycle, yes the cycle takes a while to run from start to finish but the result is amazing.
The first couple of cycles I got a 'new dryer' smell of my towels, but that has subsided now.
Overall very happy with this priduct."
