Great Quality Oven

"This is a really great oven. I spent considerable time debating whether to get this and was initially concerned about the oven size (previous range oven was a bit small). However, everything is really good. The oven is naturally a bit smaller than an oven of standard width of 60cm. But this oven is plenty big enough for most cooking. I can imagine on Christmas the need to use both ovens. The overall quality is superb and I’m so glad I bought this. Also, having come from a gas hob, I was nervous about induction. However, the induction hob on this is really superb and responsive. Way better than I could have imagined and I’ve not missed the gas once. Obviously you need the right pans, but we had those already. "

Good Product but could be better

"Good product but mine had a faulty button on timer/clock for which a part has to be ordered and a second engineer visit to fix.

Oven door handles hit kitchen units at side of cooker even when the cooker is placed level with front of units, this leaves a space between rear of cooker and wall, although I believe an upstand is available.

Apart from these small niggles, I am very happy with this range cooker."

"Love this induction range cooker by Stoves.. Its design is neat, eye catching and practical. One can see what is cooking in the oven through the easy to clean clear glass doors. The steel cleans with a wipe and a glass cloth. The oven has so many different functions I haven't tried them all yet, but going to give the pizza setting a go this evening. I would recommend this entire product .."

Low quality dials

"Be warned that the metal foil around the dials and the transfer above them peels away/wears off respectively. Despite the durability aspect of consumer law, Stoves have thus far refused to resolve the matter citing that it is out of warranty - true but only by 5 months. By default they are saying don't expect the oven so stay looking good if you've had it more than a year..

The oven itself does work fine but no longer looks smart.

Oh and their supposed 5 year warranty is actually 'we cover parts but you have to pay someone to come and fit them' so you'd still have a call-out to fork out for it the oven went wrong. "

First Induction experience

"Very, very happy with our purchase. Quality of finish excellent, in many ways better than we expected from the description.

The instruction booklet was comprehensive although a small improvement would be to have a booklet for the model only, not combined with other models as could be a little confusing when setting up cooker for example clock setting.

Although we have only been using the cooker for a couple of weeks, we are very impressed with the cooking performance. The induction hob is fantastic, impressive looking, fast, efficient, even identifies cookware that is not compatible and even though it is only a small range cooker (1 meter wide) there is ample room even when all 5 induction areas are being used.

From a cleaning perspective, we have found it easy to remove racks and trays in the ovens. Maybe some recommendations for cleaning products for cleaning the oven cavities would help as many non-abrasive products don’t even touch the grease.

We would highly recommend this product, excellent value for the money, superb look which enhances our kitchen and great performance, thus far. Well done Stoves.
