"After less than 3 months use the right bud started emitting a high pitched noise during use and the other bud was barely audible. Sent it to Samsung for repair under their so called 'warranty' and they said they don't work because of 'dust and wax' and that it wasn't covered for repair due to 'misuse'.
Honestly don't waste your money. This is the second pair of Samsung buds I've had and both stopped working after a few months. Waste of time, money and terrible customer service from Samsung."
