A Revelation
"This was installed shortly before Christmas and it has been a revelation after using gas for over 40 years. I used the Boost function for quickly bringing root vegetables to the boil and then turned down the heat for gentle parboiling. The Keep Warm control is handy for leaving gravy while eating starters and the Bridge Zone was ideal for quickly reheating a tray of roasties after basting. I have yet to try melting chocolate in a pan, but feel confident that the low heat control this hob offers will not burn it. I've knocked off a star because the timer instructions are rather daunting, and I've put off working through them. I bought a black silicone cover that fits perfectly, to protect the surface when cooking and for when I take hot things out of the oven."
