In my opinion, probably the best combination oven

"I bought this to replace my 11 year old model, which had served us so well. It's difficult to give a proper review after only a few uses, but assuming it's as good as its predecessor, I have high hopes. The grill function actually seems better than on my previous model, producing much nicer toast that is crunchy on the outside while still soft on the inside as opposed to the rock-hard toast that my previous model used to produce."

Disappointed

"I have used Panasonic Combination Microwave ovens for years. When one expired I replace it with the same upgraded model. Which I did this time.

With this newer model I was speechless when I unpacked it. Panasonic have replaced the full sized glass tray, with a smaller one that sits on the base of the microwave floor!!!! Because it is not a full size tray the width of the microwave (as the previous models were) you cant slide it on the runners on each side of the oven to elevate it. It seems to be a ridiculous cost cutting exercise on by Panasonic. If Panasonic had mentioned this in their product description before I ordered it. I would have looked at other brands or I would have kept the full size tray from the previous model I sent for disposal.

When I contacted Panasonic to ask if yhrycould supply me with the full size glass tray, they were not interested or helpful.

This model is okay. But the Convesction oven seems to take a lot longer to heat up, than the previous model. The Auto-Cook programme cooked a whole chicken nicely. Microwave works fine. Haven't tried any of the other functions yet. Very disappointed in Panasonic after spending hundreds of pounds or more on their products over the years. It has put me off buying a Panasonic product in future."
