"Smart looking machine, instructions were easy to follow , clear and informative as I am a pensioner and not exceptionally tech savvy! Would have preferred an A rated machine but the size, type and make I wanted was not available at the time in this particular rating. So far very pleased with it's performance."

Don’t bother.
"I had a hotpoint engineer out twice for this product in the first 2 months of owning. The drier function just wouldn’t stop. Finally resolved by putting in a new mother board. It’s also the loudest wachine machine I’ve ever owned (and yes, it’s installed properly)."

"Really pleased with my washer/dryer it has an economy setting as well as washing/drying on the one cycle for all kinds of materials. Definitely recommend it. "

Not as intuitive as one would like, and it takes time to learn the details
"The machine is good, and works well. However, it takes quite a while to learn how to make it do what you want it to do - e.g. to tumble-dry without washing first, or to wash without tumble-drying. Certain programmes won't do one or the other! A reasonably legible instruction booklet would have been useful, as would a separate page (or even laminated card) listing the programmes in detail. Oh, and a chart to show what the different icons on the display represent. But eventually you get the hang of it."
