First impressions good
"First impressions are good and love the glass front. Better than my previous Neff Warmer which was stainless steel and was I constantly cleaning it. Keeps plates lovely and warm for serving dinner. You do have to be careful about leaning on it too much as the door seems to spring open pretty easily. Fingers crossed this one will last longer than the last one! "

"Unit was broken when it arrived. Luckily it could be fixed . Working now but too soon to say whether it is any good. This is the second Neff unit we have bought - the first was not terribly reliable. Rather than spend money repairing we decided to buy a more up to date model, so we have our fingers crossed."
