"I couldn't be happier with this product so far. This is an absolute bargain compared to a lot of other machines.

The app to control the programs is great. There are over 60 programs to cover different kinds of laundry or stains & it provides helpful information about how much detergent to add depending on what you choose.

The keep fresh feature to keep things moving for up to 12 hours once the cycle finishes is useful if you know you're not going to be able to hang stuff out immediately.

The Smart AI functionality is really good for energy efficient usage & all cycles seem to be finished so much quicker than our last machine. It is by far the quietest machine I've used as well.

Before buying this I had seen a few reviews about drying which had me slightly worried, but while I can't say it's perfect it's still pretty good & nothing to be concerned about. If it's not quite dry at the end of the main wash & dry cycle, putting it on for another 30 mins seems to do the job.

Overall this is a brilliant product that I would highly recommend to anyone."

I recently had my brand new Haier washer dryer delivered and installed, and I have to commend the engineers for their friendly service and professionalism. Their assistance in setting everything up was outstanding.

I’ve been a fan of Haier since I purchased the Haier I-Pro series HWD100-B14939 10kg/6kg washer dryer for my hair salon two years ago. It has worked like a dream, efficiently washing and drying my towels without any issues. Even after two years, it remains impressively quiet.

With that great experience in mind, I decided to upgrade my home washer dryer and purchased the HWD100-B14959NU1, relishing the thought of replicating the success I’ve had with my salon machine. Living in an apartment with neighbors below, I was hopeful for a smooth transition.

Initially, the machine washes my clothes exceptionally well, but there’s a significant concern when it goes into spin mode. The noise it produces is incredibly loud—almost as if it’s a tractor or a pneumatic-powered tool. I can't help but feel disappointed, especially given my previous experience with Haier products.

When I reached out via AO chat to express my concerns, I was redirected to Haier’s main webpage and followed their protocol to request an engineer. Unfortunately, the earliest availability for a visit is April 1st, which is frustrating because they do not cover weekends, and that’s when I am available.

Overall, while I’ve loved Haier appliances in the past, this experience has been a letdown. I felt it was important to share my honest review to inform others about both the positive and negative aspects of my current situation. Here’s hoping for a quicker resolution! You have been warned!

"A brilliant product. I recently upgraded the series 5 Haier washing machine we had for this. Thankfully it was worth it! The app is brilliant and we love being able to tailor all of the programs. The app isn’t the smoothest or without glitches but it is certainly a great tool (so long as you’re okay with it force closing or taking a little longer to sign in). The machine washes great, the washer dryer is a little more noisy that our washing machine of the same model but still relatively quiet. The dryer is pretty good, it does a full wash and dry in 4.5 hours which is way quicker than me hanging everything up to dry over 12 hours in our flat. The only downside with the dryer is that you’re not able to easily interrupt the cycle. We tend to have to wait a while 5-10 mins for the machine to unlock mid-cycle. It also pumps out a lot of residual heat and has a new plastic smell (hence the 4* star rating). However it is worth the cost and definitely a value add. "
