Washes well and quietly. Dries well once you get to grips with the real capacity limits of condensing tumble dryers.

"The inverter motor makes it lovely and quiet without the constant hum of the motor during the wash cycle and brushless makes it quieter in the spins as well.

Bought to replace an expensive Neff that should have lasted 15 years, but lasted only 5 with incredibly expensive spare parts and call out charges, so decided to check parts prices before getting this machine. It also comes with a lifetime guarantee for spare parts which is nice if there isn't small print limiting it in practice.

Sadly the main reason this model was chosen over several others was that it was advertised as being "smart" "wifi connected with an app" as I REALLY wanted to know when the drying cycle ends to whip clothes out before they get re-damp and creased. Apparently we in the UK are not allowed to have that model and AO have since changed the description accordingly. That's why it lost a star!

Of course its claims for load are exaggerated, especially for the drying cycle. Put a kingslze duvet cover, sheet and pillowcases in, even if they are only 2kg and they will come out with big damp patches just as the Neff used to do. With a condensing tumble, it really is best to split loads, especially of large items, into multiple short runs if you actually want them to dry.

So far we are happier with it than the old machine that cost over twice as much / three times as much if you include the two repairs it needed in 5 years. "

Good value washer/dryer

"This machine is good value for money. The controls are easy to use even though at first it appeared to be a lot more sophisticated than our old machine. The countdown is very useful, as is the delay start. I have used the 60 and 40 washes, the quick 30 minute wash and the Eco wash so far and all perform well. The 9kg wash load with large door means it easily manages loads. This and top spin speed of 1600 were the main reasons I bought this machine and it hasn’t disappointed. Washing comes out very dry and then the smaller load for the dryer works ok. I would recommend highly. "

One of the best

"Great product. Sturdy bit of kit that looks the part too! Handy to be able to change the spin speed, clothes come out pretty dry.

Have used the dryer for towels once, took about an hour.

Looking at the electric usage, it seems pretty economic too!! 10/10 would recommend. "
